TRM variable in. with EURIBOR minus

Dear experts,

I would appreciate your comments. In a borrowing product with a variable interest,  you fix it automatically as for the referece interest value table in JBIRM with  minus, 0,0140000-

if you have in the condition a +/- euribor 1,90000 as ref int rate, the system calculates 1,9 - 0,014 = 1,886; Our business said should have be 1,90 because minus euribor is trated as Zero,

Can i by standar change that?
